Hawk Year 6
Welcome to Hawks class (6A)
We are a hardworking, kind and caring class of year 6 children. Our teacher is Mr Allen and our LSA's are Mrs Baker and Mrs Clawson-Roberts.
P.E day 🏃♀️🏃♂️
Our P.E day in Hawks Class is on Friday.
On this day, children are required to come to school wearing their P.E kit, which they will wear all day. As the weather will soon be turning colder, please ensure that the full winter kit is worn (joggers and brown jumpers- no cycling shorts or leggings please) when appropriate as we will continue to do PE outside until it is too cold. All jewellery must be removed for PE (no watches or earrings)
Homework🏡
Friday is homework day!
Each Friday we will assign your homework, and you will have until the following Thursday to complete it and then return it to us in your homework folders.
You will be assigned some Maths, Grammar and Spellings each week, along with some topic work occasionally.
There is an expectation that children are reading at home for 15 minutes per night. This will be checked daily.
If you have any problems completing any of the work, you can talk to us in school, or message us on Dojo.
