Essex Family Forum SEND Annual Survey

Following the Local Area, OFSTED/CQC SEND Inspection which took place between 30th September and 4th October 2019 the local area was required to produce to a Written Statement of Action to address the areas of significant weakness that were identified by Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission during the local area’s SEND Inspection in October 2019.

Essex Family Forum, the appointed Parent Carer Forum for Essex, has a responsibility under the Written Statement of Action to demonstrate parent/carer satisfaction in access, quality and consistency of services and provision provided across Essex. We will ensure that findings from this survey, along with additional parental engagement though our network of Family Champions will inform the improvement work outlined in the Written Statement of Action.

It is important that ALL families within Essex are given the opportunity to participate, so we ask if you can please share this survey with your network of families.
